Northern Light Management is an independent asset management company that is managing funds for institutional and private investors. The investments that the company advises are managed by its two portfolio managers; Carl Anderen and Per Lindfors. Mr. Anderen and Mr. Lindfors initially met in 1990 and have worked together for over 14 years, developing a variety of investment strategies. Since 2002, the portfolio managers have been dedicated to developing and managing event driven absolute return strategies, gaining an extensive experience of investing in this space.
