Who are we?

Northern Light Management AB is an independent asset management firm specializing in event driven absolute return strategies. We manage market neutral strategies for clients in Europe, North America and Asia.

The company is managed by its two portfolio managers; Carl Anderen and Per Lindfors. Since 2002, they have been dedicated to developing and managing event driven absolute return strategies, gaining an extensive experience of investing in this space.

Northern Light employs five people and has offices in Sweden and USA. The company is regulated within the EU by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Research lies at the core of Northern Light and our research effort is continuous as we search for new insights in global equity markets with a strong focus on event driven situations.
